still with the exploration to be the real adult, #dillatheexplorer.
Last time, Itoshima International Tourism Ambassador held a program “how to make sashimi” and visiting the “Japanese soy sauce company” (the article can be seen by clicking this LINK) , so in this time, we learned how to make soba and enjoying the amazing scenery of Itoshima, Fukuoka.
From Kyushu University Ito campus, we went to Itoshima Rice Field

yeah you can see ” omedetou tai and ni hon” at this rice field.
anyway the rice of ancient times of Japan was red. Therefore, red rice was used in the ancient divine work. Red rice has a strong taste of tannin, and its cultivation has been almost completely abandoned. The present Sekihan is colored red using azuki.
after enjoying this paradise, we learnt how to make soba. The picture below shown the step..

we used rice flour “Itoshima product” (itoshima daiya) as main ingridient, and we added 100cc water to this flour.

we finally made it by our self!! yatta dekitta

done with soba, we went to anegonohama beach.
still located in Itoshima city, Japan.
when we went there, the wind is strong, and some peope were doing surfing.
the interesting fact about this beach, when you step on the sand, you will hear the crying voice.
